Terms of Service
Please read and accept the following terms to publish your report or response.
Capacity and authority
You must have legal capacity to accept these terms and submit information in your own name or with lawful authority for the person or organization you represent. These terms apply to reports, complaints, responses and attachments submitted through Riskcheck.
Accuracy and good faith
You confirm that your submission is made in good faith and has a reasonable factual basis. Distinguish facts, opinions and information obtained from others, and identify material uncertainty or missing context. Do not submit false information, impersonate others, falsify evidence, present altered or fabricated media as authentic, threaten, harass, discriminate unlawfully or publish prohibited content. A matching name does not establish identity or wrongdoing.
Rights of others
You must be entitled to disclose the information and respect privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property and applicable court orders. Include only information necessary to the matter reported. Do not publish full identity-document or account numbers, passwords, home addresses, unrelated private contact details, sensitive health or sexual information, or identifying details of children. Redact unnecessary personal data from attachments. Accepting these terms does not provide consent on another person's behalf or establish a lawful basis for processing their data.
Publication
Your report or response is published immediately upon confirmation, without prior approval. Third parties may reference or retain copies of public content. Removing content from Riskcheck does not remove copies held elsewhere. Attachments are subject to the site's access controls; you remain responsible for having the right to submit them.
Role of Riskcheck
Riskcheck provides facilities to store, search and display content created by users. Publication does not constitute endorsement, verification of allegations, a finding of wrongdoing or legal advice from Riskcheck. Hosting a report does not make Riskcheck a party to the event or transaction described.
Permission to use content
Content rights remain with their respective owners. To the extent you are entitled to do so, you grant Riskcheck non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, format and display the material as necessary to operate the service, support searches, handle responses and notices, and comply with law. This permission is subject to data rights, publication controls and necessary retention periods. It does not transfer ownership or authorize unrestricted use of private documents for other purposes.
Corrections and notices
Notify Riskcheck promptly of any material error you discover. Affected parties may submit a response to a report. To report unlawful content or a rights infringement, email info@riskcheck.network with the report URL, disputed text, reasons and contact details; an account is not required to send a notice. Riskcheck may restrict visibility, remove content, preserve records, suspend misuse or comply with lawful orders. A complaint does not establish wrongdoing or automatically remove the original report. Account details are disclosed only in accordance with law and the Privacy Policy.
Responsibility and liability
You are responsible for your submission and for your own breaches of these terms or applicable law. Riskcheck does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of user-created content and limits liability arising from that content to the extent permitted by law. This clause does not exclude responsibility for Riskcheck's own conduct, impose automatic indemnification on you, or restrict consumer rights, privacy rights or other duties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law and acceptance records
Mandatory law prevails over any conflicting provision. The remaining terms apply only to the extent permitted by law. Riskcheck records the terms version, language, date and time, submitting account and technical verification details as evidence of acceptance, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. A revised version requires acceptance for subsequent submissions; earlier acceptance records are retained. Acceptance does not include consent to marketing.
Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Riskcheck Network collects, uses, discloses, retains and protects personal data when you create an account, search, publish, respond or contact us.
Controller and scope
Riskcheck Network operates the service and determines the purposes and means of processing described in this notice. Questions, rights requests and legal notices may be sent to info@riskcheck.network. This notice applies to account holders, visitors, persons named in reports, respondents and persons contacting the service.
Data we process
We may process account and organization details, usernames, email addresses, country, authentication records, reports, identifiers selected as report targets, responses, evidence metadata and files, correspondence, consent records, audit logs, device and network security data, and information supplied in rights or legal requests. Please provide only information relevant to the stated purpose.
Purposes and legal grounds
We process data to create and secure accounts, operate search and reporting functions, publish user submissions, link responses to reports, prevent fraud and misuse, preserve evidence of consent, answer requests, enforce terms, establish or defend legal claims and comply with lawful obligations. Depending on the applicable law, processing may rely on contract, consent, legitimate interests, legal obligation, public availability, or the establishment and defence of legal claims.
Public content and search services
Reports and responses publish immediately when the submitting user confirms publication. Public pages may display names, business names and the primary report identifier configured for public display, and may be indexed, cached or quoted by external search services. A matching name or identifier does not establish identity or wrongdoing. Evidence files and account identity are subject to separate access controls. Removing a page from Riskcheck may not immediately remove third-party copies or caches.
Recipients, international processing and security
Data may be handled by hosting, security, email, storage and technical service providers, including Cloudflare where enabled, and may be disclosed when required by a valid legal process. Processing may occur in countries other than your own, subject to safeguards required by applicable law. Riskcheck uses access controls, audit records, encryption in transit, restricted evidence storage and other proportionate security measures; no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your choices
We retain account, publication, evidence, consent and audit records for as long as reasonably necessary for the service, security, disputes, legal claims and mandatory obligations. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, restriction, deletion or other available rights through the data-request page or info@riskcheck.network. Some records may be retained where deletion would impair security, evidence, legal claims or a binding obligation.
Accuracy, objections and changes
Riskcheck does not treat a report as a legal judgment. Affected persons may submit a response or challenge and may report unlawful or inaccurate content without creating an account by contacting info@riskcheck.network. We may update this notice prospectively; a material revision will be identified by a new version and acceptance may be requested again where appropriate.
