Data and publication standards
Rules applied to every report
1
Reports should describe facts neutrally and state the event and impact. Verifiable evidence may be attached but is optional. Avoid conclusions or accusations beyond the facts.
2
Reports publish automatically when submitted. Affected parties can register, respond, and attach evidence. Administrators can hide or republish items when needed.
3
Public responses, appeals, and additional information stay linked to the original report and publish immediately after acceptance of the publication terms, with publication history and notifications. Data-rights requests and legal-notice emails are not published as public responses.
