General questions

Get to know Riskcheck and what a report can tell you.

What is Riskcheck?

Riskcheck is a website for finding and sharing reports about service experiences. You can read published cases, check their current status, and see any published responses before deciding what to do next.

Do I need to install an app?

No. Open Riskcheck in a browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. Search and public report pages work on the web without an app download.

Is Riskcheck a caller ID or call-blocking service?

No. This website lets you search submitted information. It does not identify incoming calls, access your contacts, or block calls on your phone.

Do I need an account to read reports?

You can search and read public reports without signing in. An account is needed to submit a report or a response with supporting evidence.

Does a report prove that someone did something wrong?

No. A report records an account of an experience, not a finding of guilt. Read the details, dates, sources, current status, and any responses; people can share the same name.
