Which parts of a report are public?
Published case pages show the account of the incident, its status, and available public updates or responses. Names entered as a person or business target can appear in page headings and search results.
Are document numbers and evidence files public?
Full document identifiers, account numbers, and uploaded evidence use restricted access. Do not repeat sensitive numbers or unrelated personal information in the public narrative.
Will my report appear on Google?
Public case pages can be crawled and indexed. Search engines decide when to show them. Hidden reports are excluded from public listings and the case sitemap.
Is every report translated automatically?
No. Help articles are available in the supported languages, but users’ original report narratives retain their submitted wording. Changing the interface language does not translate a report’s evidence or account.
What happens if a report is hidden?
It becomes unavailable to public visitors and is removed from public listings and the sitemap. Search engines may take time to refresh an older result or snippet.
