Submitting a report

Write a useful account without a complicated form.

How do I submit a report?

Sign in, choose Submit a report, select what the report concerns, and enter the reported value and required incident details. Explain what happened and the outcome, then check the information before publishing.

Does a report wait for approval?

No. Reports publish as soon as you save them. Administrators can hide or restore visibility later.

Do I have to attach evidence?

Evidence is optional. Relevant receipts, correspondence, or other records can help explain your account. Upload only material related to the incident and remove unrelated personal details.

What makes a report helpful?

Describe the agreement, what happened, when it happened, and the steps already taken. Separate direct observations from assumptions. State amounts with their currency and explain how you calculated them.

Can I save my report before publishing?

No. Saving publishes the report immediately. Finish your text before selecting Save and publish.

Do I need to verify my email before posting?

No. Register and sign in to publish reports or responses. Email confirmation is optional and does not delay publication.
