Check who and what the report concerns
Start with the case reference and the reported name or business. Names may be shared by unrelated people. Compare the service, place, and dates, and do not infer that every matching name identifies the same person.
Distinguish claims from records
The narrative is the reporter’s account. Sources, evidence counts, and published responses provide additional context, but an attachment count alone does not validate a claim. Read what each source actually supports.
Look for the latest outcome
Check the status and update date. A response, correction, refund, or resolution can change how the original account should be understood. Share the case URL so the next reader can see those updates too.
