Our purpose
Riskcheck brings published service-experience reports into one searchable place. It helps readers find the original account, compare the context, and follow a case’s status instead of relying on a screenshot or a forwarded message.
How information reaches the site
Members submit their own accounts, which publish automatically when submitted. A case may include supporting sources and responses. Publication does not mean that Riskcheck independently verified every claim; administrators retain publication controls.
Space for both accounts
A person or business mentioned in a case can sign in to respond or appeal with supporting material. Readers should consider those responses alongside the original report. Our data standards, privacy policy, and correction path explain the wider rules.
